Problem: Can't create an account or verify email.

Solution:

  • Check your spam/junk folder for verification email
  • Ensure you're using a valid email address
  • Try resetting your password if you already have an account
  • Clear browser cache and cookies

Problem: Payment made but not showing in system.

Solution:

  • Allow 24-48 hours for payment processing
  • Ensure you used correct payment reference (Application ID)
  • Upload payment receipt/slip in your account
  • Contact finance team: +255 754 520 353
  • Have your transaction reference ready when calling

Problem: Unable to upload documents or files rejected.

Solution:

  • Ensure file is in PDF or image format (JPG, PNG)
  • Check file size is under 5MB
  • Scan documents clearly with good lighting

Problem: Want to check application status.

Solution:

  • Log in to your account to view status
